These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Case Layout (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to access data that does not belong to you, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some plans require payment. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with that policy.

5. Limitation of liability

Case Layout is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
